During the lockdown, the only way we can meet is by distant means – phone, letter, email. But the means that is becoming most popular is videoconferencing. For a small group there are many options — Facetime, Hangouts, Whatsapp, Skype etc. But for bigger groups and where making presentations is important, the popular choice is Zoom.
Instructions may be downloaded from here. This covers what you need to take part in and organise your own Zoom session. You can run your own Zoom session for free and all you have to do is to register at zoom.us. Your meetings are limited to 40 minutes if it's more than one on one, but you can always break and start another. For longer you need to take out a subscription. It's all covered in the instructions.
